Security Awareness Training:
Too often we view information security as a technology issue related to policy and procedures. However, we know that people present the greatest risk. By focusing on the awareness of your team members, your system security increases.
We will either help you create or digest your Acceptable Use
Policy and prepare a presentation centered around this policy.
The presentation will combine materials made available to us
through our affiliation with various organizations such as
Indiana Bankers Association, ISACA, ISC2 and Purdue CERIAS.
It will also include appropriate written materials for testing of
users to establish due diligence documentation.

Policy Development:
We offer a comprehensive evaluation and remediation service for policies and procedures. We review your existing documents to identify inadequacies. We assist you in preparing missing policies and procedures by helping you assemble a development team and walking that team through the development process. We provide you with the documents required by GLBA and sourced to the FFIEC requirements.

Forensics:
Our experienced professionals go beyond the normal data collection and preservation methods when it comes to computer forensics. We use specialized techniques for recovery, authentication, and analysis of electronic data when a case involves issues relating to reconstruction of computer usage, examination of residual data, authentication of data by technical analysis or explanation of technical features of data and computer usage.
FFIEC, CobiT, ITIL, ISO17799 Assessments:
A full blown Information Technology Policy assessment includes an Information Security Posture Assessment as well as a Comprehensive Policy Gap Analysis. However, it also goes so far as to test the controls in existing audits. This approach can be taken with a specific framework as the over-arching audit control guideline, or can focus on the FFIEC guidelines, which is what most smaller, privately held financial institutions prefer.
