Frank Willoughby,
CISSP
Frank has over 16 years experience as an Information Security
Officer in the banking, high-tech, healthcare and consulting
industry sectors. His ISO experience includes Harris Bank,
Nationwide Insurance, and Digital Equipment GmbH. In addition,
Frank has consulting experience in auditing and securing ACH, Wire
Transfer, Cash Management, Treasury Operations,
e-Banking/e-Commerce, and Business Continuity Planning & Disaster
Recovery, and maintaining regulatory compliance to OCC, FDIC/FDICIA,
FRB, GLB, NCUA, Reg. S-P, etc. He also specializes in turning
around failed audits and implementing information security
operations that are user-friendly, non-intrusive to business
operations, pragmatic, and relatively inexpensive. He has
helped corporations become compliant to U.S. and European privacy,
security, and financial laws.
Frank is an
internationally acknowledged information security and privacy Subject
Matter Expert, and a court-recognized expert witness for computer
forensics and information security. He holds the CISSP, CHSP, and
the IAM (NSA) security certifications.

Bobbette
R. Fagel, CISA,
Compliance
Consultant
Bobbette has worked with
infotex
since its inception. She has been intimately involved in
compliance projects for banks and hospitals, and is one of our
foremost efforts on policy and procedure. She handles the
reporting aspects of Vulnerability Assessments, Network Architecture
Reviews, IT Audits, etc. She has a great understanding of the
FFIEC guidelines and stays on top of changes in those guidelines.
Bobbette helps clients understand the metrics of risk analysis as
well as the business case for information security expenditures (and
more importantly, the risk acceptance case for NOT making those
expenditures).
Nicholas Guzaldo,
B.S., NOC Manager
Nic is a graduate from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN.
While at Purdue, he received an A.S. in Computer Technology and
a B.S. in Telecommunication Networking Technology. During
his time there, he worked on an independent study with P.T.
Rawles to develop a network appliance using FreeBSD and is on
his way to picking up a few certifications.
He is also a member of Ivy Tech advisory Board for their CIT
program in Lafayette and active in the Pentaho BI community to
bring better Business Inelegance to the Information Secure
domain.
Though Nic is
heavily into technology, he also understands the needs of a business
along with the ability to communicate to a non-technical person.
Sean Waugh ,
B.S., MCSA, MCP, Network Administrator
Sean hails from Cincinnati, OH and holds a B.S. in
Telecommunications and Networking Technology from Purdue
University. He recently completed the MCSA certification
and plans to continue on towards MCSE certification. Sean
is one of our senior NOC technicians and in addition works on
development and administration of Microsoft technologies.
Kathryn Wilson ,
B.S., NOC Technician
Kathryn received her Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information
Technology and her Associate’s Degree in Occupational Leadership
and Supervision from Purdue University. She has specialized in
Project Management, Systems Analysis, and Database Management.
Kathryn has worked as an intern for Batesville Casket Co., the
Department of Natural Resources, and Purdue University’s Women
Studies Department In addition, she has worked for Wabash
National Corporation, Purdue University’s Center for
Agricultural Business, and Haulmark Industries Engineering Dept.
She is very much interested in security and systems auditing for
regulatory compliance and is working towards becoming certified
in several technical and security related areas, including
CISSP.

Kyle Purple ,
A.S., NOC Technician
Kyle received his Associate's Degree in Computer Information
Systems from Ivy Tech in Lafayette, Indiana in 2004,
specializing in two areas: Computer Repair and
Programmer/Analyst. He is currently attending Saint Joseph's
College in Rensselaer, Indiana where he will receive his
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science this May. Kyle has worked
as an independent computer repairman in Warren, Fountain, and
Benton Counties, and has also worked for the Metropolitan School
District of Warren County since 1999 performing repair,
installation, and maintenance.
Kyle enjoys building and upgrading computers, as well as the
security aspect of computers.

Christopher Orr ,
CCNA, NOC Technician
Chris has
been working in the ISP business since 1998 and brings a rich
range of talents in the area of connectivity and customer
service. He has a strong Cisco and networking background,
Chris is works intimately with FreeBSD. In addition, Chris
has a very strong interest in UNIX and has extensive experience
with Sun, SGI, IBM, and Apple computers.

Scott Lavengood, CCNA, NOC
Technician
After studying Cisco Systems hardware and networking
protocols for two years, Scott earned his CCNA. In addition, Scott is studying Computer Technology at Purdue University, while helping us
with clients.

Joe Cychosz, BSEE, MSE, E-Commerce
Strategist
Joe began his career twenty years ago as a Systems Analyst for
Control Data Corporation where he was responsible for clients
including Bendix, Caterpillar, Indiana State University, Fermilab,
Aeritalia, Purdue University, and various government locations. He
later established a computer consulting firm which provides systems
integration and product development for small companies. Joe has
over fifteen years of experience in product development and
integration of UNIX-based systems. Joe was Adjunct Professor of
Mechanical Engineering and a research staff member at Purdue
University's Computer Aided Design and Graphics Lab and the Center
for Collaborative Manufacturing. He has been the manager of
the lab's infrastructure since 1986 and has participated in
state-of-the-art computer graphics research projects since 1981. He
has published several articles on computer graphics and has authored
contributions in the Graphics Gems (italic for Graphics Gems)
series.
As a consultant, he has was
co-architect and developer of a Hierarchal Storage Management (HSM)
system capable of storing several terabytes of data with complete
autonomous operation. Joe also has developed production management
data base systems for the entertainment industry.
Joe Cychosz has a BSEE from the
University of Illinois and a MSE from Purdue University. He is a
member of SIGGRAPH and the Society of Motion Picture and
Television Engineers.
Joe is co-founder of WorldServer, a
web-hosting services and data base solutions company, and is CTO of
1mart Corporation, a provider of e-commerce solutions.

Jeff
Brambora, B.S., M.S., M.A.
With degrees in chemistry, biochemistry and theology, Jeff has one
of the most diverse backgrounds of all the people we know, which
gives him a unique perspective when it comes to problem solving and
"thinking outside of the box."
Jeff's experience includes service to both the
not-for-profit sector as well as the for-profit business community. During his
eleven years working for not-for-profit organizations, Jeff developed systems
of simple standard operating procedures that integrated his organizations'
observed best practices. Consequently, Jeff likes to think that he "created
some order out of near total chaos."
Today, Jeff works in the pharmaceutical
industry where he specializes in developing and implementing compliance
quality systems using software out of the box and simple control strategies.

Garrett
Honeycutt, Unix Engineer
Garrett comes to us with a background as a system administrator at
Purdue University. In this capacity he learned to resolved a
wide range of issues arising from the needs of students and faculty.
He has worked with clusters, data conversion, samba, OS, RS6000, IBM
SP2 (supercomputer), DEC Alphas, SGI, Sun Hardware. He has
become our local Unix troubleshooter.

Susan E. Orr, CISM,
CISA, Information
Security Trainer
Susan
Orr is a leading financial services expert with over 15
years of risk management experience as a bank examiner with
the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). She has
held lead positions at the FDIC working on banking safety
and soundness, compliance, information technology and
security, and electronic banking risk management issues.
Susan was instrumental in key
industry initiatives such as the FDIC E-Risk Strategic
Initiatives Risk Monitoring Committee, the Chicago Region
Interagency Technology Group, and the Federal Financial
Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) IT Handbook
rewrites. She was also Vice President of Regulatory
Compliance at Catbird Networks and holds the Certified Risk
Professional (CRP) designation from the
BAI
Center
for Certification and the Certified Information Systems
Manager (CISM) designation from the Information Systems
Audit and Control Association (ISACA).
Susan speaks
regularly at risk management and security educational
seminars and has authored numerous white papers on emerging
information technology and security risk management topics.

Dale Sears, Senior Consultant
Dale Sears is a proven professional with 16 years of
demonstrated consulting expertise. He has worked with all levels of
personnel in achieving outstanding results for numerous companies in
a variety of industries ranging from Fortune 100 to entrepreneurial.
Dale has demonstrated skill in areas
including leadership development, behavioral assessments, hiring
recommendations, team building and executive and personal coaching;
meeting facilitation, strategic planning, implementation and
execution and performance management systems; sales development,
e-commerce, business technology integration and career marketing and
development.
Dale has worked himself up the corporate and
consulting chain of command assuring a thorough knowledge of expertise. After
majoring in mathematics, he began his career as a sales engineer and
eventually moved into sales management and was affiliated with the Dale
Carnegie Organization as an instructor. He then progressed into positions of
leadership and management with companies in various industries and was
recognized a number of times for leadership including General Manager of the
Year twice. A gifted and dynamic speaker and teacher, he is currently teaching a
leadership module for the Butler University and Indiana Institute of
Technology MBA programs.
Dale was Consultant of the Year two years in a
row for a national firm and has significant experience in developing leaders
among senior levels and their companies, departments and teams.
Blake Matheny, SCSA, MCP, Unix
Engineer
Blake is certified by Sun for both hardware and software and
Microsoft. We are very proud to include Blake on our
team. Blake is one of those computer prodigy's you always
hear about . . . his first consulting engagement was when he was
fifteen years old. He managed a network of over 50 machines
when he was only seventeen years old. When he was 19, he
started working as a Unix Consultant at Bussert Consulting, while
attending Purdue University. Before he could graduate, he was hired by Sprint to help secure their global network.
Besides his skills with networking
in the Microsoft, Novell, and Unix platforms, Blake has extensive
experience in application development using C, SQL, Perl, C++, and
many other languages.
He has returned to Purdue
University and works with the
CERIAS
Group.

Julie
Tracy, BA, MCP, Network
Engineer
Julie has been working in information technology since the early
1990’s starting in the healthcare industry in research and
statistical programming. In addition, she has published
articles in scientific journals. From there, she moved into network
administration at a large health care system supporting both Novell
and Microsoft networks. Julie has also worked in a university
setting supporting their networks and training faculty and staff.
While at the University, Julie taught IT courses in the Continuing
Education Department. She has over 5 years of experience working
in IT in the banking industry and continues to consult with many
financial institutions.
Julie has been helping our clients comply with various regulations
as they relate to policies and procedures. She has also worked with
CERIAS on the development and implementation of a Security Awareness
Training program for the benefit of our clients.
Colleen M. Tulledge, B.S., M.S.
Colleen Tulledge has been a specialist in business accounting
processes and systems as an end-user and a consultant for various
small to mid-size businesses for the past 15 years. Colleen served
as a corporate controller and MIS director before choosing to merge
her background of computer technology and accounting skills into the
position of an accounting software consultant specializing in
MAS90. Colleen has attained numerous certifications from Best
Software, Inc. including Best's top accreditation as a MAS90 Master
Developer. She is able to deliver skilled new implementation
services, on-going technical support, custom report writing
including Crystal and FRX, and expertise involving integrating MAS90
with other software packages. Colleen also offers individual and
group training classes for all MAS90 modules and report writers.

Tulledge is the President of ct-solution, inc., an executive level
MAS90/MAS200 reseller.

Jerald Greentree, B.S., CPA
Jerald has been working in the accounting and information
technology field since 1986. His strengths include data
conversion, database design, visual basic programming,
accounting systems, and procurement consulting. He graduated
from University of Findlay in 1990. He received his CPA license
in 1994. With his accounting background, Jerald's database
development strengths include his having a unique understanding of
how information needs to be used. Jerald is working towards a
CITP designation. Jerald's experience includes database
development in a Microsoft Access and SQL Server environment.
He has also worked with AS400's.
As hard as it is to find CPA's who have an intuitive
understanding of Information Technology, we are very proud to
have Jerald on the

Greg
McCarty, B.S., M.B.A., CPA
Greg began his public accounting career in 1976, and spent the first
four years as an auditor with a national CPA firm in Dallas, Texas.
Greg
is primarily responsible for all audit and accounting policies and has
developed expertise in management information
systems.

Chuck Bucheri, B.S., CPA
Chuck began his accounting experience in industrial cost accounting
as a senior in college. He went into public accounting with a
regional firm upon graduation. After three years, he was founding
partner of Bucheri McCarty & Metz LLP. Since becoming a partner
in 1978, Chuck has been responsible for managing the services
provided to a wide range of operating businesses, including
contracting, broadcasting, retailing, and wholesale
operations. As a management consultant, Chuck has always been
concerned with the use of Information.
Ron Metz, B.S., CPA
Ron began practicing in accounting in 1980. He spent the first five
years of his career with a large, regional CPA firm, primarily in
their tax department. He moved to Kokomo in 1984, and joined the
Partnership in 1987. Ron is primarily responsible for tax policies,
procedures and research for the firm. In addition, he specializes in
business valuations and business buy/sell negotiations. In October
1989, Ron spearheaded the opening of our satellite office in Wabash,
Indiana. Given that we are now in the Information Age, Ron
recognizes the value of Information in a business.

Dan
Hadaway, B.A.,
Architecture, CISA, CISM
Dan has worked extensively with banks on policy issues, engaging on
projects ranging from gap analysis to developing a full policy set
for denovo banks. He can tailor his consulting to any size
bank, working on simple user-level policies with banks as small as
one location to overseeing the entire IT strategy for a publicly
held company. He has provided management-level regulatory compliance
training for Fortune 500 companies as well as user-level awareness
training for the smallest of banks. His strength is helping banks
decide where in the "security/compliance spectrum" they should be.
He has helped develop risk management programs and processes for
banks as large as 2.5 billion and as small as 26 million in assets.
He is the Managing Partner of
infotex,
an Indiana Bankers Association Preferred Service Provider in several areas, including
Information Security Training.
