Hadaway Attends Seminar
Dan Hadaway, partner of Infotex, attended
the Elvis and Exceptional Customer Service seminar on June 15, 2004 at
the CBAI Conference Center in Indianapolis. This energized,
fun-filled program focuses on the basics of achieving exceptional
customer service, ways to bridge service and selling, and learning to
treat every customer as the King!
Dianne Barton, founder
and president of Performance Solutions, Kennesaw, Georgia, pioneered the
"Tell-Show-Do" approach to training design and delivery. Her
trademark "real world" scenarios give participants insight into the
practical application of new skills. A 20-year veteran of training
education, clients describe both her and her programs as "high-energy,"
and "results oriented." Barton's customized training and expert
consulting services, provided to organizations through North America,
have made her a leader in her field. Her company has developed and
delivered programs for several nationally recognized companies in the
financial industry. As a former director of training, Barton
understands the complex development needs of an organization. She
is considered one of the financial industries leading consultants in
development of sales and service cultures. Her programs are
designed to "close the gap" between your bank's needs and your
employee's skills.
Headquartered in Indianapolis, CBAI is a statewide association
representing more than 110 community banks and thrifts in Indiana.
