infotex Hires Network Engineer

Infotex, Inc., an Information Architecture and Security firm based in Central Indiana (with offices in Kokomo, Lafayette, Wabash, and Indianapolis) has announced that it has hired Nic Guzaldo as Network Engineer for area clients.  “Working with Infotex has given me many opportunities in security and network support,” stated Nic.  “Our clients are wonderful to work with and I’m finding that the needs of our clients vary greatly depending on the type of service they provide.”

Nic is a recent graduate from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.  While at Purdue, he received an A.S. in Computer Technology and a B.S. in Telecommunication Networking Technology.  During his time there, he worked on an independent study with P.T. Rawles to develop a network appliance using FreeBSD and gained valuable UNIX experience.  He is also working towards additional certifications to help him better assist clients.  Though Nic is heavily into technology, he also understands the needs of a business along with the ability to communicate to a non-technical person.

“We are excited to have Nic on our team,” stated Dan Hadaway, partner of Infotex.  “Although he is working extensively with our Network Operations Center, his customer relations skills will help us establish network support services in the Lafayette and Kokomo area.”
