compliance work with organizations outside the above

Company History
In 2000, Infotex spun off of Bucheri McCarty & Metz, a regional accounting firm based in Indiana.
In 2002, we became the first Tier 3 sponsor of Purdue University's Center for Education and
Research on Information Assurance and Security (CERIAS). In 2003 we purchased Paradigm Shift
Security, a Kansas-City based Information Security Firm, and acquired their intellectual capital
related to Intrusion Detection systems. In 2004, we founded bleedingsnort.com, and continue to
be one of the primary sponsors of this snort-signature clearinghouse that has become a
defacto-standard in open-source signatures. Most of our competitors utilize this
clearinghouse for early signature development. In 2005, we became a Preferred Service Provider
of the Community Bankers Association of Indiana, which recently merged with the Indiana
Bankers Association.

Infotex is a related company to Bucheri McCarty & Metz, LLP and all external reporting is on a
combined basis.

Infotex is confronting no legal or ethical matters (including lawsuits). All employees and associates
(subcontract consultants) of Infotex have signed a nondisclosure agreement and have undergone a background check as part of their employee agreement.
