infotex places a lot of focus on the acceptance process because we know that, without the consensus of all users, the value of information will decrease.  We work with our clients to choose members of the IT Planning team.  The best IT Planning team includes members from each leg of the "Information Tripod" . . . management, technical staff, and the actual users of information. 

We develop a series of customized meeting agendas and customized interview questions to assure that the process is tailored to the unique needs of our clients and the members of the team.  The acceptance process usually ends with a "kickoff meeting," where all team members reach a consensus as to the goals and schedule of the entire design process.  We then begin the analysis phase!
