When the analysis phase of the design process is complete, we document our findings in the form of Definition Documents.  These take many forms because the process is customized to fit your company's unique needs.  However, we typically present to you the following documentation:

• Problems

• Opportunities

• Constraints

• User Information

• Systems Inventory

After we have fully defined the problem and received feedback from the client on that definition, we can then move into the divergence phase of the the design process.
